~ZBA Meeting on Thursday, September 8

Please attend the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at 6:00 PM virtually or at the Town Hall. Important issues such as storm water and ground water mounding will be discussed as well as septic. If you are concerned with how the wetlands, ponds and nearby potable wells with be impacted by 28 septic systems on this land, please speak up! Also, a new traffic study done in August will be discussed showing that the summer traffic on Keene Street was 35% higher than the previous traffic study. The applicant has two more months of meetings before the public meetings will be closed and the decision will be turned over to the ZBA. Please show your support for responsible building on this land by attending this meeting!
