~2017 - Concept Plan for 40B on Keene/North

On March 2, 2017, John Baldwin and Susan Curtis, owners of the Zero North Street parcel of land (next to 399 North Street, Duxbury), presented the Duxbury Affordable Housing Trust with a concept plan to put 28 units on the 0 North Street land. This would be a 40B development with 20 units on North Street and 8 units on Keene Street.
