~Keene's Mill Village Gets OK

The public hearings for the Keene's Mill Village project closed in May, 2023 and the ZBA approved of the project 5-0 in July. Part of the approval deal was that if no one challenged the project, they would reduce the number of units from 24 to 16 (two at the corner of North/Keene and 14 further up North Street). There was no challenge so the project is going forward with the 16 unit plan.
