~North St 40B - ZBA Meeting Thursday, April 27

Please attend the Duxbury ZBA Meeting on Thursday, April 27th at 7:00 PM at the Duxbury Town Hall. The 40B proposed for North Street is the first item on the agenda. New site plans have been submitted for the ZBA to review (click HERE to view).

The new plans have FIVE duplexes and FOURTEEN single units. They have removed two of the duplexes that were previously proposed to be built in the backyard of 850 Keene Street. With this change, the total number of units has gone from 28 to 24. Four units at the intersection of North/Keene and 20 units further up North Street.
