~Conservation Public Hearing - November 14, 2023

A public hearing will be held on November 14, 2023 at 7:00 PM in the Mural Room at Duxbury Town Hall with the Duxbury Conservation Commission for the Keene's Mill Village project.

Project description: Proposed construction of the Keene's Mill Village housing development with appurtenances located at North Street and Keene Street. Portions of the proposed project are located within the 100-foot buffer zones to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands and 200-foot Riverfront Area.
