~IMPORTANT: Comments needed by FRIDAY 12/30 for ZBA

The Duxbury Zoning Board of Appeals is scheduled to discuss the proposed 28 unit 40B development on North Street on January 12, 2023. New information has been submitted by the developer including waiver requests, storm water calculations, revised site plans and elevations for the proposed duplexes on North Street (see below). Links for all new documents SEE HERE.

At the December 1st meeting, the ZBA requested all new comments and documentation be submitted prior to December 30th for review for the January 12th meeting. It's not clear if the new information submitted since the December 1st meeting will need to be peer reviewed and/or if the hearings will be extended.

It is crucial that the Zoning Board of Appeals hear from as many concerned residents as possible. Please email the Board your concerns about one or more of the project's issues including density (28 units), storm water drainage, drinking water safety, public safety, traffic, wetlands, etc.

An email stating that you are opposed to the project will impact the Board's understanding of the concern surrounding this project. Your opinion matters!

Please submit comments to the Duxbury Zoning Board of Appeals by FRIDAY, DECEMBER 30th in the event that January 12th is the last meeting they will accept public comments.
