Duxbury Board of Selectman unanimously voted NOT to support Keene's Mill Village at their meeting on Monday, July 19, 2021. For the vote about the response letter being sent to MassHousing, Ted Flynn and Michael McGee voted against sending a letter including information about the developers past attempts to build on the land that resulted in lawsuits. Amy MacNab, Cynthia Ladd Fiorini and Fernando Guitart voted in favor of sending a letter with this information as it is the Board's one opportunity to express their concerns with the project. The response letter including correspondence from concerned citizens was sent from Duxbury to MassHousing on July 20, 2021.
