~Zoning Board of Appeals to consider application for variance

The Zoning Board of Appeals will have a Public Hearing on Thursday, March 22 at 7:30 PM at Town Hall to consider Susan Curtis/John Baldwin's application for a variance to build a single family home on Lot 9/Zero North Street (corner of Keene/North). This variance would WAIVE the Bylaw requirement that a lot have at least 40,000 square feet of upland outside the Wetland Protection Overlay District for a buildable lot. This is an important decision for the Board. Please attend if you would like to comment on the town granting variances to create non-conforming, undersized lots in Duxbury.
