~Request for Special Permit for North Street (Lot 9) Withdrawn

On January 10, John Baldwin and Susan Curtis submitted a letter to the Duxbury Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) requesting to withdraw, without prejudice, their application for a Special Permit for Lot 9 on North Street. The Board approved their request to withdraw, without prejudice, the request for a Special Permit at the January 11, 2018 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting. The request for the Special Permit was originally brought up at the November 9, 2017 ZBA Meeting and continued to January 10, 2018.
