~2015 - Conservation Commission Not Supporting Article 39

On March 3, 2015, Joe Grady, Conservation Administrator voted NOT to support amending the WPOD for this location because most of the WPOD is within a protected resource area known as Riverfront Area. (This is the 2.27 acre parcel identified on Duxbury Assessor's Map as parcel ID 009-010-001 Lot 2A).

Also, the Conservation Commission voted to take no position on Article 40 because it is a complicated site and there is inadequate time to property evaluate the proposal. (This is the 13.24 acre parcel identified on the Duxbury Assessor's Map as parcel ID 023-010-001).

A memo was sent to Rene Read, Town Manager, with this information.
