~Planning Board - Amend Zoning Map - January 12, 2015
The Frank Ness Trust submitted Article 39 and Article 40 to see if the town will vote to amend the Town of Duxbury Zoning Map by modifying the boundary of the Wetlands Protection Overlay District on a property known as 0 North Street. A public hearing will be held on January 12, 2015 with the Duxbury Planning Board.
