~Planning Board Meeting - ANR Requested 9/28/16

At the Planning Board Meeting, John Baldwin asked for an ANR for the Zero North Street property. Ms. Massard, Planning Board Director, noted that although the wetlands have been delineated by a wetlands scientist, the wetland lines have not been approved yet by the Conservation Commission. Mr. Wadsworth asked if Lot 1 had ample frontage and Ms. Massard replied that it has just over 200 feet of frontage on North Street. He asked if it had access and Ms. Massard replied that at least 20 feet is needed for access. Mr. Wadsworth asked if Lot 2 has frontage and access, and Ms. Massard responded that there is at least 30 feet of frontage on the southwest corner of the lot and the remainder may not be accessible.

NOTE: The map with the ANR application showed two lots but did not make mention of the plan to put 5 dwellings on Lot 2.
